Ordering modalities:
It can be made for a part, for a kit or for several parts in one or more categories. Delivery of the ordered material may be immediate or vary from one to several working days. Any assistance from one of our operators during the ordering process will incur a surcharge over the price displayed on the site.
Mode of transport:
The material ordered can be collected from our premises or can be transported privately by courier. . The material travels at the customer's risk and we accept no liability for damage occurring during transport We strongly advise you to sign subject to control upon arrival of the material if the boxes appear to be damaged externally, in which case the carrier will be liable for the damage to the goods. In fact, in the event that the customer picks up a package without reservation of control and when the package is opened, the material inside appears to be damaged, the carrier's liability lapses and responsibility lies solely with the customer .
Prices:
The prices displayed on our website are understood to be excluding VAT .
Payment terms :
The material can be paid for by bank transfer in advance and credit card (online via Stripe to which a 5% surcharge will be applied).
Return modalities:
The primary condition for the return of ordered goods is that it is filled out and sent to the address : g.fiorini@eurosam.itthe module ABR001 completed in its entirety.
Once the module ABR001 we will assess the return request and provide all necessary information for the return.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted by the module ABR001.
In the event that the customer orders material that is not marked as available on our site, a return will not be possible under any circumstances.
Withdrawal of an order due to an error on the part of the customer that does not involve a lack of conformity of the item or damage to the packaging will not be accepted.
The cost of returning the material is always borne exclusively by the customer.
Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we shall, within 30 days of receipt of the goods, credit the Customer with the sums paid, with the exception of the shipping and packaging costs incurred by us, which shall in any case be borne by the Customer.
Eurosam Truck Systems shall charge the customer a return handling fee of 20% of the value of the product.
If the original internal/external packaging is damaged, Eurosam Truck Systems shall deduct from the refund due a percentage equal to 25% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods.
The right of withdrawal lapses completely, due to the lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Eurosam Truck Systems ascertains
- the lack of the original outer/inner packaging
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, parts, films ...);
- damage to the product due to causes other than transport or due to exceeding the legal time limits for causes not caused by Eurosam Truck Systems
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Eurosam Truck Systems shall return the purchased goods to the sender in Carriage Forward.
