Euro-Ricambi is the digital project of Eurosam Truck Systems S.r.l., specializing in the supply of 100% new bodywork and mechanical parts for Iveco and industrial vehicles.
Our mission is to reduce vehicle downtime through rigorous technical verification using the Chassis Number (VIN), ensuring total compatibility of every component shipped.
📦 Terms of Sale and Payments
- Prices: All listed prices are intended EXCLUDING VAT.
- Secure Payments: We accept Advance Bank Transfer and Credit Cards via the Stripe circuit.
- Shipping: Goods travel at the customer's risk. It is essential to sign with SPECIFIC RESERVE upon delivery if the packaging shows signs of impact or tampering. Without a specific reserve, the carrier's liability expires.
🔄 Right of Withdrawal and After-Sales Support
To activate a support or return procedure, you must send the duly completed Euro-Ricambi Assistance Form to the address: g.fiorini@eurosam.it
• Private Customers (B2C): Right of withdrawal exercisable according to the terms provided by current regulations.
• Professionals and Workshops (B2B): Returns are subject to commercial authorization. It involves a 20% management fee contribution and a 25% packaging restoration fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
🛡️ Warranty and Product Protection
All products marketed by Euro-Ricambi are guaranteed against conformity defects according to the terms and durations provided by current legislation (Consumer Code for individuals and Civil Code for purchases with a VAT number).
Warranty validity is subject to verification of correct assembly, which must be performed by qualified technical personnel. In case of a service request, it is mandatory to attach the fiscal documentation of the workshop that performed the installation.
Place of Jurisdiction: For any dispute, the exclusive Court will be that of Frosinone (Italy).
