Our shipments are entrusted to the best express couriers (SDA, Bartolini, etc.) to ensure maximum speed in restoring your vehicle's operation.
- Timing: Immediate order processing upon receipt of payment.
- Tracking: You will receive a link via email to track your package.
- Local Pickup: It is possible to collect the goods by appointment at our warehouse.
🔄 Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Return policies vary based on the nature of the buyer, as provided by current regulations:
A. Private Customers (B2C)
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the terms established by the Consumer Code. The request must strictly be sent through the official procedure indicated below.
B. Professional Customers (B2B - VAT)
In accordance with the law, there is no right of withdrawal for purchases made with a VAT number. Returns for ordering errors are not accepted. In case of exceptional authorized derogations, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Mandatory Instructions for Assistance:
For any claim, it is necessary to follow these steps exclusively. Requests received through unofficial channels (WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.) will not be processed:

including vehicle data and proof of assembly. |
3. SEND

Technical Notes and Penalties:
- Original Shipping Costs: In the event of an exceptionally authorized B2B return, the shipping costs incurred for the initial delivery are never refundable.
- Management Fees (B2B): In case of authorized derogation for ordering error, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- Packaging Integrity: A 25% penalty applies if the original packaging is damaged, dirty, or missing.
- Return Shipping: Return transport is always at the expense and responsibility of the sender.
